Super fast, reliable, on time service! Love going here because I know I will be in and out on time and can go about my day. Great customer service as well! Always friendly and helpful.
So fast I didn’t even finish my coffee! Angel really explained everything, right down to teaching me ‘wear patterns’ and explaining tire rotation. They inspected my brakes and didn’t try to sell me any un-needed services.
I will use Alaska Tire everytime and recomend them to all my family/friends. They went above and beyond!! Installed my new tires, put my spare away, checked my summer tire condition, gave me info for a rebate and even opened the doors for my daughter and I when we got back in our truck. I could not be more impressed. Thank you!!
We got a flat tire at Costco. The guy at the counter was not helpful. Told us we needed to buy 4 new tires so we called Alaska Tire Service. They got us in 30 minutes later and fixed the tire in 15 minutes!!! They were super friendly and it was only $30! Costco quoted us $889 for 4 new tires and said maybe we can get you in today but we only do emergency flats for walk ins. We were an emergency flat walk in! I will 100% be back to these guys if I ever need tire service again! Thanks guys! We ... Read More
They’re amazing. They've been doing my tire change for the past 5 years or so. Like always theyll do as fast as they can even tho they’re busy and customers service is top notch.
I had a metal valve cap that was cinched on to one of my tires. The air pressure sensor was indicating that my pressure was low on that tire. The techs quoted me an estimate to get the cap and valve replaced, and to also replace the sensor. It took them twenty or more minutes to get that cap removed. I told them that I could live without the sensor replaced. They didn't try at all to upsell me. And the best part, no charge for getting the metal cap off and replacing it wit a plastic one. I'l... The tire guy was perfect, honest and quick. The lady at the front counter did not have good customer communication skills or know the system well enough to provide an answer within 10 minutes (awkward silence ) and the guy on the right had to take over.
I have used this shop multiple times, and they have ALWAYS found the issue and fixed my tires. This even as others at places like a dealership repeatedly tell me no issue. Grest folks and Team at ATS Dimond!

Y’all, I cannot sing enough praises for this place. After I drove 9 days from Tennessee to Alaska, I woke up to a low tire. Alaska Tire Service took care of my low tire, found the nail, patched it up and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Ian was extremely helpful and the customer service was excellent! Highly recommend this place!
Alaska Tire Service always provides good service. My last interaction was to remove a screw from my tire at a shop to be careful. The screw was small enough it didn’t go through the tread. But, they still thoroughly checked the tire and didn’t even charge me for their time. Vey generous. Thanks ATS.
